Our US based printing station is currently closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. It will be closed on the 23rd and 24th of November. During this time we will still pass mail to the US as usual but there will be delays to the service until is restarts as usual on Monday the 27th of November.

Royal Mail workers have voted in favour of strike action in a disagreement over a pension deal. If the strike action does go ahead it is likely to on the 24th and 25th November one of the busiest times for Christmas deliveries. Monday the 28th of August is a public holiday in the UK. There are no Royal Mail deliveries or postal collections on this day. Any letters sent on Friday the 25th of August after our 1pm cut-off time for our signed services and after 3pm for all other services will be processed on the next available working day which is Tuesday the 29th of August.

Customers should be aware that all mail deliveries will take longer over the Bank Holiday period and should allow extra time for delivery.

Please note that PC2Paper is also closed for the Bank Holiday on the 28th of August. Any email queries received after close of business on Friday the 25th of August will be answered when we reopen for business on Tuesday the 29th of August.

Monday the 1st of May is a Bank Holiday in the UK. There are no Royal Mail deliveries or collections on this day and PC2Paper will closed for the holiday. All letters sent after our 3.30pm cut-off time on Friday the 28th of May will be queued in the system and processed on the next working day, Tuesday the 2nd of May.

In addition to this customers should expect all Royal Mail services to take longer due to the fact that Royal Mail does not deliver on Monday the 1st of May.

PC2Paper will be closed for customer support during this time, reopening as normal on Tuesday the 2nd of May.
