Royal Mail have advised that some areas are currently experiencing delivery delays due to local issues such as COVID-related self isolation, high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors. Customer should expect delays in the following areas:

• Basildon DO (SS13-SS16)
• Caldicot DO (NP26)
• Newport East DO (NP18, NP19)
• Wantage DO (OX12)
