Royal Mail have advised that there may be delays to mail in the Edinburgh and Manchester areas due to staffing issues caused by social distancing and self-isolating. The following areas are affected:
- Edinburgh: A small amount of mail posted over the weekend from across the UK, due for delivery today to addresses in the DD, EH, FK, KY, PH and TD postcode areas.
- Manchester: A small amount of mail posted over the weekend in the BL, M, OL and SK postcode areas, due for delivery today to addresses across the rest of the UK.
Customers should expect deliveries in these areas to take longer than usual.
