PC2Paper will close for the Christmas holiday at close of business on Tuesday the 23rd of December. Any mail sent after our cut-off times of 1pm for tracked mail and 3pm for all other mail on Tuesday the 23rd of December will be queued in the system and posted when we reopen for business on Monday the 6th of January. Our Christmas and New Year opening times as follows:

Tuesday the 23rd of December: Open as usual, any mail received before cut-off will be posted as normal.

Wednesday the 24th of December: Closed

Christmas Day Thursday the 25th of December: Closed

Boxing Day Friday the 26th of December: Bank Holiday, Closed.

Saturday the 27th of December: Normal Weekend Closure.

Sunday the 28th of December: Normal Weekend Closure.

Monday the 29th of December: Closed.

Tuesday the 30th of December Closed.

Wednesday 31st  of December: Closed.

Thursday the 1st of January: Bank Holiday, Closed.

Friday the 2nd of January: Closed

Saturday the 3rd of January: Normal Weekend Closure.

Sunday the 4th January: Normal Weekend Closure.

Monday the 6th of January: Open as normal

Limited email support will still be available on those days that do not fall on weekends or public holidays with full service being resumed on the 6th of January.

Customer should also be aware that mail will take longer than usual to reach the destination over the Christmas period to the high volumes being processed by the postal service and the fact that Royal Mail does not operate on Bank Holidays.

Royal Mail has advised that some of its Mail Centres were unable to process all mail to schedule yesterday. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:

  • Northern Ireland Mail Centre: Some mail posted in parts of the BT postcode area, due for delivery across other parts of the UK.
  • Romford Mail Centre: Some mail posted in parts of the E, IG and RM postcode areas, due for delivery across other parts of the UK.

Royal Mail has also advised that the following areas are currently experiencing delivery delays:
