Royal Mail have now reinstated their international tracked services. Whilst we are now offering international tracked services on the website, customers should be aware these services are taking much longer than usual to progress through the Royal Mail system. As a result of this less tracking information is available for these services.

Royal Mail are now accepting international items that do not require a customs declaration. In view of this we have been able to reinstate all standard international services. Unfortunately tracked services are still not being accepted by Royal Mail so we are unable to offer these until further notice.

Royal Mail are withdrawing their pre-printed stamped envelopes. As a result of this we will changing all stamped addressed envelopes from the pre-printed type to a plain envelope with a postage stamp included in the corner. We are currently working through our existing stock of pre-printed envelopes but once these are gone, we will be replacing them.

We are currently seeing long delays to items sent via the International Tracked and Signed service. These items have been collected from us as normal but in many cases are not showing any tracking updates. Having contacted Royal Mail this is likely due to a backlog of mail at Heathrow. As a result of the backlog items are not being scanned into the system until they are processed at Heathrow. Due to these long delays we have removed this service until we start to see it working normally again.
