We are currently seeing long delays to items sent via the International Tracked and Signed service. These items have been collected from us as normal but in many cases are not showing any tracking updates. Having contacted Royal Mail this is likely due to a backlog of mail at Heathrow. As a result of the backlog items are not being scanned into the system until they are processed at Heathrow. Due to these long delays we have removed this service until we start to see it working normally again.

Royal Mail are increasing their prices for international mail from the 3rd of January. PC2Paper will increase our prices accordingly.

PC2Paper will be closed on Monday the 2nd of January for the New Years Day Bank Holiday. Any mail received after our 1pm cut-off time for tracked mail and 3pm for all other mail on Friday the 30th of December will be queued and posted on Tuesday the 3rd of January when we reopen.

PC2Paper is closed for the Christmas holiday from the 23rd of December, reopening on the 28th of December.

We are also closed for the New Years Day holiday on Monday the 2nd of January.

Whilst we are closed mail will be queued for posting once we reopen.

We will be removing all tracked services from the website up to and during the postal strike on Friday the 23rd of December. These will be available again once we reopen after Christmas.

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) formally notified Royal Mail they plan to call on their members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take national strike action on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 December 2022.

PC2Paper will be closing for Christmas on the 23rd of December as no mail will be collected from us on this day. Any Mail received after our 3pm Cut-off on Thursday the 22nd of December will be processed when we re-open on the 28th of December.

We are currently seeing delays of a month or more to many mail items, with letters waiting at sorting offices for delivery. We are continuing to post items as normal but customers should expect long delays to all services.

Royal Mail has posted updated information for tracked items, they are not currently guaranteeing Special Delivery as a next day service, although it is being given priority over other mail.

Tracked 24 items are currently not being guaranteed within 24 hours and will take longer to deliver.

On these days there will no mail deliveries or collections. PC2Paper will continue to process all mail as normal for collection on the 16th of December when normal services resumes.

All tracked services will be temporarily suspended up to and including strike days.

We are currently seeing extremely long delays to all service, we regret that we cannot guarantee delivery times in the current circumstances.

Unfortunately there will be no Royal Mail collection today sue to heavy snow in Kent. All mail will be processed as normal and collected once Royal Mail are able to collect from us as the weather improves.
