We are currently seeing delays of a month or more to many mail items, with letters waiting at sorting offices for delivery. We are continuing to post items as normal but customers should expect long delays to all services.

Royal Mail has posted updated information for tracked items, they are not currently guaranteeing Special Delivery as a next day service, although it is being given priority over other mail.

Tracked 24 items are currently not being guaranteed within 24 hours and will take longer to deliver.
