We will be removing all tracked services from the website up to and during the postal strike on Friday the 23rd of December. These will be available again once we reopen after Christmas.

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) formally notified Royal Mail they plan to call on their members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take national strike action on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 December 2022.

PC2Paper will be closing for Christmas on the 23rd of December as no mail will be collected from us on this day. Any Mail received after our 3pm Cut-off on Thursday the 22nd of December will be processed when we re-open on the 28th of December.

We are currently seeing delays of a month or more to many mail items, with letters waiting at sorting offices for delivery. We are continuing to post items as normal but customers should expect long delays to all services.

Royal Mail has posted updated information for tracked items, they are not currently guaranteeing Special Delivery as a next day service, although it is being given priority over other mail.

Tracked 24 items are currently not being guaranteed within 24 hours and will take longer to deliver.

Unfortunately there will be no Royal Mail collection today sue to heavy snow in Kent. All mail will be processed as normal and collected once Royal Mail are able to collect from us as the weather improves.

There is currently no mail service due to strike action by Royal Mail workers. PC2Paper is still processing mail as usual but no mail will be collected from us until normal service resumes on Monday the 12th of December.

No Mail will be received for mailbox customers as there are no postal deliveries.

We are still posting items as normal but customers should expect severe delays to all mail.

PC2Paper will be closed on the 23rd of December as there is no mail service on this day due to the postal strike.

In addition to this we will be closed for the Bank Holidays on the 26th and 27th of December. Any Mail received after our 1pm cut-off time for tracked mail and 3pm for all other mail on Thursday the 22nd of December will be processed when we re-open on Wednesday the 28th of December.
