We are currently seeing delays to mail received for customers using our Mailbox services. We believe this is due to a backlog of mail at the Sevenoaks sorting office. We are still applying all received mail as soon as we receive it but are aware that some mail is waiting at the sorting office pending delivery by Royal Mail.
