Royal Mail have advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Manchester and South Midlands Mail Centres. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:
- Manchester Mail Centre: Some mail posted in parts of the BL, M, OL and SK postcode areas, due for delivery across other parts of the UK.
- South Midlands Mail Centre: Some mail posted in parts of the CV, LE, MK and NN postcode areas, due for delivery across other parts of the UK.
The following areas are currently experiencing delivery delays due to local issues such as high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors. Customers should expect delays in the following postcode areas:
- Havant DO (PO9 and PO10)
- Manchester North DO (M7 and M8)
- Manchester South East DO (M12, M13 and M18)
- Ulverston DO (LA12)
- Whetstone DO (N20)
