Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays at some of their mail processing centres due to staffing issues caused by social distancing and self-isolating along with increased parcel volumes. Not all mail has bene processed to schedule at the following processing centres and customers should expect delays to mail in these areas:
- Exeter: Some mail posted in other parts of the UK yesterday, due for delivery today in the EX and TQ postcode areas.
- Jubilee: Some mail posted in other parts of the UK yesterday, due for delivery today in the GU, KT, SW and TW postcode areas.
- Chelmsford: Some mail posted in other parts of the UK yesterday, due for delivery today in the CM, CO and SS postcode areas.
- Southampton: Some mail posted in other parts of the UK yesterday, due for delivery today in the PO, SO and SP postcode areas.
