Royal Mail have advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Cardiff Mail Processing Centre. Customers should expect delays in the following area:

• Cardiff Mail Centre: Some mail posted on Friday in the CF, LD and NP postcode areas, due for delivery Saturday in other parts of the UK.

In addition to the above there are currently delays to deliveries in some areas due to local issues such as COVID-related self-isolation, high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors. The following areas are currently affected:

• Clevedon DO (BS21)
• Didcot DO (OX11)
• Yatton DO (BS49)
