Royal Mail has advised that several of its Mail Centres were unable to process all mail to schedule yesterday. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:

• Bristol Mail Centre: Some mail posted in the BA, BS, GL and TA postcode areas, for delivery across other parts of the UK.
• Chelmsford Mail Centre: Some mail posted in the CM, CO, IP and SS postcode areas, for delivery across other parts of the UK.
• Medway Mail Centre: Some mail posted in the CT, DA, ME and TN postcode areas, for delivery across other parts of the UK.

Customers should be aware that all of our outgoing mail needs to pass through the Medway Mail Centre so is likely to be subject to delays.
