Royal Mail has advised that not all mail was processed to schedule at its Jubilee and Swansea Mail Processing Centres yesterday. Customers shouls expect delays in the following areas:

• Jubilee Mail Centre: Some mail posted in parts of the GU, KT, SW and TW postcode areas, due for delivery across other parts of the UK.
• Swansea Mail Centre: Some mail posted across other parts of the UK, due for delivery in the SA postcode area.

Delivery delays have also been reported in the following areas due to local issues such as high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors:

• Banstead DO (SM7)
• Kesh SPDO (BT93)
• Oxford East DO (OX3, OX4, OX33, OX44 and OX49)
• Uckfield DO (TN20 and TN22)
