Royal Mail has advised that some of its Mail Centres were unable to process all mail to schedule yesterday. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:
- Cardiff Mail Centre: Some mail posted in parts of the CF, LD, and NP postcode areas, due for delivery across other parts of the UK.
- Chelmsford Mail Centre: Some mail posted in parts of the CM, CO, and SS postcode areas, due for delivery across other parts of the UK.
- Chester Mail Centre: Some mail posted in parts of the CH, LL, and SY postcode area, due for delivery across other parts of the UK.
- South Midlands Mail Centre: Some mail posted in parts of the CV, LE, MK, and NN postcode areas, due for delivery across other parts of the UK.
Delivery delays have also been reported in the following areas:
- Alfreton DO (DE55)
- Battle DO (TN32 and TN33)
- Cleckheaton DO (BD11 and BD19)
- Deeside DO (CH5)
- Highbury DO (N5)
- Portslade DO (BN41 and BN42)
- Whetstone DO (N20)
