We are currently experiencing a high number of queries relating to Royal Mail Signed For service. Please be aware that you will only see an update on the Royal Mail website once your item has been delivered and signed for at the destination. This service does not provide real time tracking throughout the delivery process. Please also be aware that we are currently seeing delays to delivery times, as in many places Royal Mail are not delivering every day. Customers should allow at least 1-4 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery, in some cases mail is taking longer than this to be delivered.

Royal Mail have announced that during the current Covid-19 outbreak they will no longer offer a Saturday delivery service. Royal Mail already do not deliver mail on Sundays but this will now be extended to the whole weekend. They continue to deliver Monday to Friday, however, many places are now seeing a mail delivery every 2 days days instead of daily.

PC2Paper is still posting letters as normal but we would recommend customers allow longer for their item to be delivered under the current circumstances.

We are currently experiencing delays to mail deliveries in some areas. In many cases Royal Mail is no longer delivering mail daily causing mail to be delayed. We would recommend that people leave longer for mail to be delivered.

Mail received for our Mailbox customers is currently being delayed as we are currently not receiving a delivery every day. We are still applying mail to Mailboxes on the day we receive it but customers should expect a delay in mail arriving.

PC2Paper are currently operating as normal, however, we are reviewing this on a daily basis. If Royal Mail should stop our daily mail collections or a staff member contracts the virus it would be necessary for us to suspend our service, in which case we would notify all customers as soon as possible.

Please be aware that Royal Mail is no longer collecting signatures for tracked items, instead the name of the person accepting the delivery will be taken. In addition to this Special Delivery is no longer guaranteed as a next day service although Royal Mail will treat these items as a priority.
