Royal Mail have advised that there have been delays at its London and Southampton Mail Processing Centres with not all mail having processed to schedule. This will cause delays to mail in the following postcode areas:

  • London Central Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in the EC, N, W1 and WC postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.
  • Southampton Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in the PO, SO and SP postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.

Royal Mail have also advised that due to resourcing issue caused by Covid-19 deliveries in the following areas are seeing some disruption. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:

  • Henley on Thames (RG9)
  • Hythe (CT21)
  • Ivybridge (PL21)
  • Yate (BS37)

PC2Paper will be closed for the Spring Bank Holiday on Monday the 31st of May. All mail received after our 1pm cut-off time for tracked services and 3pm for all other services on Friday the 28th of May will be queued in the system and posted on the next available working day, Tuesday the 1st of June.

All email queries received after close of business on Friday the 28th of May will be answered when we reopen on Tuesday the 1st of June.
