Dear Customer,

As you are probably aware PC2Paper experienced a major hardware failure at our datacentre.

We have gradually been recovering details from our backups. However, some data for now is not yet available and we are working behind the scenes to ensure we are up to date.

Unfortunately, some mail that was waiting to be sent over the weekend (of the 15th September 2023) was not sent. This will have affected any tracked items sent 1pm Friday, 15 September and all other items sent after 3pm Friday, 15 September. We are currently unable to recover these items. If they do not appear in your sent items. We recommend you resend these items.

The majority of our services are now back online and you should be able to send your mail as before.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may has caused. But please ask if you can bear with us while we try to get things back in order. We will follow up with more details when we have them.

If you are unable to gain access to your account or have any questions, please contact us.

All items have been passed to Royal Mail as normal but there are some delays to them being scanned into the Royal Mail system.
