Royal Mail has advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its London Central and Bristol Mail Processing Centres. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:

  • London Central Mail Centre: Some mail posted on Friday in the EC, N, W1 and WC postcode areas, for delivery across other parts of the UK.
  • Bristol Mail Centre: Some mail posted on Saturday in the BA, BS, GL and TA postcode areas, for delivery across other parts of the UK.

Royal Mail has advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Plymouth and Swansea Mail Processing Centres. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:

  • Plymouth: Some mail posted in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the PL postcode area.

  • Swansea: Some mail posted in the SA postcode area, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.

Delivery delays have also been reported in the following postcode areas:

  • Burnham On Sea DO (TA8 and TA9)

  • Canterbury DO (CT1, CT2, CT3, CT4, CT5 and CT6)

  • Heathfield DO (TN21)

Royal Mail has advised that several of its Mail Processing Centres did not process all mail to schedule yesterday. The following areas are currently subject to delays:

  • Cardiff: Some mail posted in the CF, LD and NP postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.
  • Carlisle: Some mail posted in the CA and DG postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.
  • Dorset: Some mail posted in the BH and DT postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.

  • South Midlands: Some mail posted in the CV, LE, MK and NN postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.

Customer should also expect delays in the following areas due to local issues such as high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors:

  • Carterton DO (OX18)

  • Heathfield DO (TN21)

  • Inverness DO (IV1, IV2, IV3, IV5, IV10 and IV13)

Unfortunately we will removing Conqueror paper from the website once we have used our current stock as we are having problems processing it through our folder/inserter machines. We will continue to offer 100gsm paper which provides a thicker paper type than the standard 80gsm.

  • Medway: Some mail posted yesterday in the CT, DA, ME and TN postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.

Customer should be aware that all of our outgoing mail passes through the Medway Mail Processing Centre so is likely to be subject to delays.
