Any mail received after our cut-off times of 1pm for tracked mail and 3pm for all other mail on Thursday the 17th of April will be queued in the system and processed when we reopen on Tuesday the 22nd of April.

Royal Mail has advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Tyneside and Norwich Mail Centres. Customers should expect delays int he following areas:

  • Tyneside: Some mail posted in the DH, DL, NE, SR and TS postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.
  • Norwich: Some mail posted in the IP and NR postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.
