Royal Mail has advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Jubilee and Swansea Mail Centres. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:

• Jubilee: Some mail posted in the GU, KT, SW and TW postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.

• Swansea: Some mail posted in the SA postcode area, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.

Royal Mail has also reported delivery delays in the following areas:

• Canvey Island DO (SS8)

• Southend On Sea (SS0-SS4, SS9, SS22 and SS99)
