Royal Mail have advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at several of its Mail Processing Centres. The following areas are currently affected:
- Cardiff Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the CF, LD and NP postcode areas.
- Exeter Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the EX and TQ postcode areas.
- Leeds Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the BD, HD, HG, HX, LS, WF and YO postcode areas.
- Medway Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the CT, DA, ME and TN postcode areas.
- Southampton Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the PO, SO and SP postcode areas.
- South Midlands Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the CV, LE, MK and NN postcode areas.
- Swindon Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the OX, RG and SN postcode areas.
- Warrington Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the CW, L, WA and WN postcode areas.
- Manchester Mail Centre: Some mail posted in BL, M, OL and SK postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.
- Tyneside Mail Centre: Some mail posted in the DH, DL, NE, SR and TS postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.
Customers should be aware that all of our outgoing mail has to pass through the Medway Processing Centre so is likely to be directly affected by this delay.
