Due to adverse weather conditions we have temporarily removed the Special Delivery postage option and all International Tracked and Signed services from the website. Unfortunately with the heavy overnight snowfall and the conditions continuing to worsen we have taken the decision to suspend these services until conditions are back to normal.

We are currently experiencing delays to all outgoing mail and to mail deliveries within the South East. This is due to heavy overnight snow fall in the local area and worsening conditions throughout the day. We are still processing mail as usual but expect all mail to be delayed until weather conditions begin to improve.

PC2Paper is closed on New Years Day for the Bank Holiday. Any mail sent after our 1pm cut-off time for signed services and after 3.30pm for all other services on Friday the 29 December will be sent on the next available working day which is Tuesday the 2nd of January. Customers should also be aware that there are no mail deliveries on New Years Day so letters are likely to take longer to reach their destination.
