We have taken the decision to temporarily remove the Special Delivery service as we have noticed several items have not been received on the next working day. We believe this is due to the high volumes of Christmas mail being processed by Royal Mail. As we cannot currently rely on Special Delivery to provide the guaranteed next day service that it advertises we have removed it until further notice. We hope to offer this service in the New Year once normal service resumes.

The last recommend posting dates for all 1st and 2nd class mail have now passed. We recommend using Special Delivery if your item needs to reach its destination before Christmas.
