Royal Mail have advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Croydon and Swansea Mail Processing Centres. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:

• Croydon Mail Centre: Some mail posted Friday in the BR, CR, SE and SM postcode areas, due for delivery Saturday to addresses across the rest of the UK.
• Swansea Mail Centre: Some mail posted Friday in the SA postcode area, due for delivery Saturday to addresses across the rest of the UK.

In addition to the above Royal Mail are currently experiencing delivery delays in some areas due to local issues such as COVID-related self isolation, high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors. The following areas are currently affected:

• Abingdon DO (OX13 and OX14)
• Caldicot DO (NP26)
• Glastonbury DO (BA6 and BA16)
• Kittybrewster DO (AB24 and AB25)
• Newbury DO (RG14 and RG20)
• Wantage DO (OX12)

• Chester Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the CH, LL and SY postcode areas.

Royal Mail have advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Chester and Northern Ireland Mail Processing Centres. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:

• Chester Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the CH, LL and SY postcode areas.
• Northern Ireland Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the BT postcode area.

Royal Mail have advised that not all mail was processed to schedule at several of its Mail Processing Centres yesterday.This is likely to cause delays to mail in the following areas:

• Chelmsford Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in the CM, CO and SS postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.
• Preston Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the BB, FY, LA and PR postcode areas.
• Gatwick Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the BN and RH postcode areas.
• Northern Ireland Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the BT postcode area.

In addition to the above there are continued delays to deliveries in the Clevedon area affecting the BS21 postcode area.
