Royal Mail has advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Aberdeen and Leeds Mail Processing Centres. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:

Aberdeen Mail Centre: Some mail posted in other parts of the UK on Friday, for delivery in the AB and ZE postcode areas on Saturday.

Leeds Mail Centre: Some mail posted in other parts of the UK on Friday, for delivery in the BD, HD, HG, HX, LS, WF and YO postcode areas on Saturday.

Royal Mail have advised that not all mail was processed at its Gatwick Mail Processing Centre yesterday. This is likely to cause delays in the following areas:

• Gatwick Mail Centre: Some mail posted across other parts of the UK, for delivery in the BN and RH postcode areas.

Royal Mail have also advised that there are currently delays to deliveries in the Bicester area affecting the following postcodes, OX25, OX26 and OX27,

Royal Mail are increasing the price it charges us for postage from the 1st of July. 1st class mail will increase from 67p to 77p. 2nd class mail will increase from £1.05 to £1.24. Postage for Large Letters will increase from £1.48 to £1.76 for 1st class mail and £1.11 to £1.21 for 2nd class mail. Pc2Paper will be increasing our prices in line with these increases. Royal Mail has advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Medway and Peterborough Mail Processing Centres. Customer should expect delays to mail in the following areas:

• Medway: Some mail posted in the CT, DA, ME and TN postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.

• Peterborough: Some mail posted in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today in the CB and PE postcode areas.

Please be advised that all of mail passes through the Medway Mail Processing Centre so is likely to be delayed.

PC2Paper will be closed on Monday the 27th of May for the Bank Holiday. There are no Royal Mail deliveries or collections on Bank Holiday Monday so customer should expect deliveries to take longer than normal. Any mail received after out 1pm cut-off time for tracked mail and 3pm for all other mail on Friday the 24th of May will be processed on the next available working day, Tuesday the 28th of May.

Royal Mail have advised that not mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Preston Mail Processing Centre. Customer should expect delays in the following area:

Preston Mail Centre: Some mail posted in the BB, FY, LA and PR postcode areas yesterday for delivery today in other parts of the UK.

Royal Mail have also advised that the following areas are currently experiencing delays to deliveries:

• Abercarn DO (NP11)
• Banstead DO (SM7)
• Gosport DO (PO12 and PO13)

We are currently seeing delays to mail received for customers using our Mailbox services. We believe this is due to a backlog of mail at the Sevenoaks sorting office. We are still applying all received mail as soon as we receive it but are aware that some mail is waiting at the sorting office pending delivery by Royal Mail.
