In addition the following areas are experiencing delays because of resourcing issues.

  • Cookstown (BT80)
  • Strabane (BT82)
  • Balivanich (HS7, HS8)
  • West Byfleet (KT14)

Royal Mail still reports general delays to mail being delivered because of social distancing, self-isolation and increased volumes of parcels.

The following mail centres reported mail not being processed on schedule:

  • Medway Mail Centre: A small amount of mail posted on Thursday from across the UK, due for delivery today in the CT, DA, ME and TN postcode areas.
  • Swindon Mail Centre: A small amount of mail posted on Tuesday from across the UK, due for delivery today in the OX, RG and SN postcode areas.
  • Bury - (BL0,BL8-BL9) There are still reported delays in the Bury area.
  • Strabane - (BT82) Deliveries to this area are limited because of resourcing issues

The USPS is currently experiencing delays to mail in some areas caused by Flooding in Southeast U.S. and wildfires on the West Coast. These are causing localized Post Office closures and postal facility disruptions. Customers should expect delays to mail in these areas and allow longer for delivery. Monday the 31st of August is a Bank Holiday in the UK. There are no Royal Mail collections or deliveries taking place on this day and PC2Paper will be closed. Any Mail sent via our service after our 1pm Cut-off time for tracked mail and 3.30pm for all other services on Friday the 28th of August will be processed when we reopen on Tuesday the 1st of September. Customers should allow extra time for mail to reach its destination during this time.
