Royal Mail have advised that mail to the following areas will be subject to delays due to staffing issues caused by social distancing and self isolating.

  • Glasgow Mail Centre: A small amount of mail posted on Tuesday in the G, KA, ML and PA postcode areas, due for delivery today to addresses across the rest of the UK.
  • Manchester Mail Centre: A small amount of mail posted on Tuesday in the BL, M, OL and SK postcode areas, due for delivery today to addresses across the rest of the UK.
  • Swindon Mail Centre: A small amount of mail posted on Tuesday from across the UK, due for delivery today in the OX, RG and SN postcode areas.
  • Tyneside Mail Centre: A small amount of mail posted on Tuesday from across the UK, due for delivery today to addresses in the DH, DL, NE, SR and TS postcode areas.

Royal Mail have advised that there are currently delays in the Bury area. Customers should expect all mail in the the BL0, BL8 and BL9 postcode areas to take longer than expected to deliver. This is due to resourcing issues in the local area.

The USPS is currently experiencing delays to mail in some areas caused by Flooding in Southeast U.S. and wildfires on the West Coast. These are causing localized Post Office closures and postal facility disruptions. Customers should expect delays to mail in these areas and allow longer for delivery. Monday the 31st of August is a Bank Holiday in the UK. There are no Royal Mail collections or deliveries taking place on this day and PC2Paper will be closed. Any Mail sent via our service after our 1pm Cut-off time for tracked mail and 3.30pm for all other services on Friday the 28th of August will be processed when we reopen on Tuesday the 1st of September. Customers should allow extra time for mail to reach its destination during this time.

All mail to Canada is currently facing severe delays with Royal Mail unable to give an estimate of delivery times. The following update in from the Royal Mail website.

Update: 1 August 2020
CANADA DELAYS: All mail being sent from the UK to Canada is facing severe delays because of the on-going impact of COVID-19 and record volumes of traffic being received in Canada. We are processing the mail as normal in the UK, but delays are taking place once the mail reaches the Canadian border. As a result, we are unable to advise on likely delivery times.

We have recently been made aware by Royal Mail that they are experiencing delays in the Swindon area due to resourcing issues at the Swindon Delivery Office. Deliveries in this area are currently limited and customers should expect there to be delays to mail deliveries. Postcodes affected include SN1-3, SN6, SN25 and SN38.

We will shortly be adding VAT to our prices. If you are able to claim back VAT you will be able to download invoices from the website which will show the amount of VAT you have paid. If you are an EU business customer you will be able to enter your VAT number to zero rate VAT.

We have recently taken the decision to stop supporting the International Tracked and Signed service to Canada. Recently the service has not been showing any tracking information and items have been severely delayed and in many cases lost in transit. As we have found the service unreliable we have decided to remove it until the service to Canada improves.
