The USPS is currently experiencing delays to mail in some areas caused by Flooding in Southeast U.S. and wildfires on the West Coast. These are causing localized Post Office closures and postal facility disruptions. Customers should expect delays to mail in these areas and allow longer for delivery. You can see more about the affected areas on the USPS website at the following link https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/

All mail to Canada is currently facing severe delays with Royal Mail unable to give an estimate of delivery times. The following update in from the Royal Mail website.

Update: 1 August 2020
CANADA DELAYS: All mail being sent from the UK to Canada is facing severe delays because of the on-going impact of COVID-19 and record volumes of traffic being received in Canada. We are processing the mail as normal in the UK, but delays are taking place once the mail reaches the Canadian border. As a result, we are unable to advise on likely delivery times.

We have recently taken the decision to stop supporting the International Tracked and Signed service to Canada. Recently the service has not been showing any tracking information and items have been severely delayed and in many cases lost in transit. As we have found the service unreliable we have decided to remove it until the service to Canada improves.
