Royal Mail have advised that not all mail has been processed to schedule at the following Mail Processing Centres. Customers should expect mail to take longer than normal to arrive in these areas:

  • Birmingham Mail Centre: Some mail posted in other parts of the UK on Thursday, due for delivery today to addresses in the B, HR and WR postcode areas.
  • Bristol Mail Centre: Some mail posted in other parts of the UK on Thursday, due for delivery today to addresses in the BA, BS, GL and TA postcode areas.
  • Croydon Mail Centre: Some mail posted in other parts of the UK on Thursday, due for delivery today to addresses in the BR, CR, SE and SM postcode areas.

Royal Mail have advised that there are delays at some its Mail Processing Centres. One of the Centres affected is Medway, through which all of our outgoing mail is processed. We would expect our outgoing mail to be subject to delays once it reaches the Medway Processing Centre and customers should expect delivery to take longer than normal.

The following areas are also subject to delays:

PC2Paper will be closed on New Years Eve and New Years Day. All letters sent after our 1pm cut-off time for tracked mail and 3pm for all other services on the 30th of December will be queued in the system and processed on the next working day which is Monday the 4th of January. Cancellation can be requested by logging into your account if required.
