Royal Mail have advised that there are currently delays in some areas due to local issues such as COVID-related self-isolation, high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors. The following postcode areas are currently affected:

  • Blackwood DO (NP12)
  • Sandhurst DO (GU46 and GU47)
  • Wrington SPDO (BS40 5)
  • Yatton SUDO (BS49)

  • Romford Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in the E, IG and RM postcode areas, due for delivery today to addresses across the rest of the UK.

Royal Mail have advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Jubilee and Birmingham Mail Processing Centres. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:

  • Jubilee Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in the GU, KT, SW and TW postcode area, due for delivery today to addresses across the rest of the UK.
  • Birmingham Mail Centre: Some mail posted yesterday in other parts of the UK, due for delivery today to addresses in the B, HR and WR postcode areas.

There are also delivery delays in the Willington (MK44 3) area due to local issues such as COVID-related self-isolation, high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors.

Royal Mail have advised that not all mail was processed to schedule at its Medway Mail Processing Centre on Friday. This is likely to cause delay in the following areas: CT, DA, ME and TN postcode areas.

Due to the fact that all of our mail has to pass through the Medway Mail Processing Centre customers may see delays to mail sent on Friday. There is also likely to be delays to mail being received at our mailboxes.

Royal Mail have advised that there are currently delivery delays in the following areas:

  • Sandhurst DO (GU46 and GU47)
  • South Ockendon DO (RM15)

Royal Mail have advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Northern Ireland and Preston Mail Processing Centres. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:

  • Northern Ireland Mail Centre: Some mail posted on Thursday from across the rest of the UK, due for delivery today to addresses in the BT postcode areas, may arrive later than expected.
  • Preston Mail Centre: Some mail posted on Thursday in the BB, FY, LA and PR postcode areas, due for delivery today to addresses across the rest of the UK.

In addition to the above Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays to mail in the South Ockendon (RM15) postcode area.

PC2Paper will be closed for the Jubilee Holiday on Thursday the 2nd of June and Friday the 3rd of June. Any mail received after our 1pm cut-off for tracked services and 3pm for all other services on Wednesday the 1st of June will be queued in our system and processed when we reopen on Monday the 6th of June.

During this time there are no business collections or mail deliveries, customers should expect any mail that has already been posted to take longer than normal to arrive.
