Royal Mail has advised that not all mail was processed to schedule yesterday at its Medway and Preston Mail Processing Centres. Customers should expect delays in the following areas:

  • Medway: Some mail posted yesterday in the CT, DA, ME and TN postcode area, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.
  • Preston: Some mail posted yesterday in the BB, FY, LA and PR postcode area, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.

Customers should be aware that all of our outgoing mail needs to pass through the Medway Mail Centre, this is likely to cause delays to all of our outgoing mail.

  • Exeter Mail Centre: Some mail posted across other parts of the UK, for delivery in the EX and TQ postcode areas.
  • Preston Mail Centre: Some mail posted in parts of the BB, FY, LA and PR postcode areas, for delivery across other parts of the UK.

Royal Mail has also reported delays to deliveries in the following areas:

  • Bicester DO (OX25, OX26 and OX27)
  • Heathfield DO (TN21)

Please note PC2Paper will be increasing our service charge inline with inflation from 20 pence per letter to 25 pence per letter.

We never like to increase our prices, however our service charge has remained static for a number of years.

This change will be taking place from the 9th September 2024.

Monday the 26th of August is a Bank Holiday in the UK. There are no postal deliveries or collections on this day and PC2Paper will be closed. Any Mail sent after our 1pm cut-off time for tracked items and 3pm for all other items on Friday the 23rd of August will be queued and posted when we reopen on Tuesday the 27th of August.

  • Cardiff Mail Centre: Some mail posted in parts of the CF, LD and NP postcode areas, due for delivery across other parts of the UK.
  • Swansea Mail Centre: Some mail posted in parts of the SA postcode area, due for delivery across other parts of the UK.

Delays to deliveries have also been reported in the following areas due to local issues such as high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors:

  • Banstead DO (SM7)
  • Uckfield DO (TN20 and TN22)
